Program Description
This program combines a solid theoretical foundation with a highly practical approach, focused on developing real-world skills in financial valuation. Through applied case studies and intensive spreadsheet modeling, participants will learn to independently build and implement the main valuation models used in professional practice, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis and comparable multiples valuation.
By the end of the program, participants will be equipped to apply technical valuation criteria in corporate decision-making, investment analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and advanced financial assessment.
